Bob Phillips

Bob (Robert) Phillips, MBA, ICE-AC, PMP, CSP, currently serves as an Agile Coach and Senior Scrum Master at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since September 2021. Previously, Bob worked at BNY Mellon from September 2016 to September 2021 as a Lead Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Director in the CIO Organization, focusing on modernizing the Trade Capture process and enhancing Scrum team performance. Bob's additional experience includes roles at Teach For America, NTT DATA, and IBM, where responsibilities encompassed program management, systems engineering, and enterprise architecture. Bob holds multiple degrees from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, including an MBA in Management of Technology, an MSM in Management, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering.
