Darau Johnson

Darau Johnson has an extensive background in risk management and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Collection & Analytical Services and the Head of Scenario Identification, Loss Generation, Modeling & Analytics within the Financial Institutions Supervision Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since 2014. Prior to this role, Johnson held various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs as the Global Head of Corporate Market Risk from 2000 to 2014, and at Deutsche Bank as the Global Head of Risk and Regulatory Reporting from 1997 to 2000. Johnson's career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York began in 1992 as a Senior Examiner in the Risk Assessment Unit, where responsibilities included ensuring the safety and soundness of banks in the Second Federal Reserve District. Education includes degrees from New York University and Louisiana State University.
