Edwina N'Guessan Joseph

Edwina N'Guessan Joseph, MPP, currently serves as a Real Estate Control and Data Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2023. Previously, Edwina held the position of Associate Portfolio Manager at BlackRock from August 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a Construction Coordinator at TF Cornerstone from September 2013 to July 2018. Edwina's early career includes roles as a Child Welfare Policy Advocacy Intern at the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies, an intern for the David Weprin Campaign, and an Administrative Assistant at the Office for International Services. Edwina is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, expected to be completed in 2023, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Fordham University, obtained in 2012, as well as a Baccalaureate in Economics & Social Science from L'Ecole des Roches.
