Jennifer Berman

Jennifer Berman is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and litigation. Presently serving as the Deputy Team Lead for Compliance Risk in the LISCC Portfolio at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since September 2014, Jennifer has also held the position of Senior Legal and Compliance Risk Specialist. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2007 to September 2014 and was seconded to Credit Suisse as Counsel/Legal and Compliance Secondee in 2013-2014. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a role as a Public Benefits Advocate was held at the Legal Aid Society from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer earned a JD with Cum Laude honors from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA with Magna Cum Laude honors from Barnard College.
