Lacey Dingman

Chief People Officer & Head of People & Engagement at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York

Lacey Dingman is executive vice president, chief human resources officer and head of the Human Resources Group (HR) at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is also a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee.

As head of HR, Ms. Dingman is a strategic partner to business leaders across the organization, ensuring that all human capital programs and initiatives are integrated and effective. She also works closely with the New York Fed’s leadership to develop comprehensive strategies around human capital, diversity and inclusion, and culture, and she oversees the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.

Prior to joining the New York Fed, Ms. Dingman was the senior associate director, Division of Research and Statistics, at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, where she was responsible for all operational and infrastructure aspects of the Division, including human capital strategy.

Ms. Dingman has more than 20 years of experience working in public sector organizations including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Board. As chief human capital officer at the SEC, she improved the agency’s “Best Place to Work” rating from #27 to #3.

Ms. Dingman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the Henry Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa.
