Oleg Raginskiy

Oleg Raginskiy is an experienced Project Manager currently leading projects in the Information Management Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since July 2011. In addition, Oleg has served as an Adjunct Professor at New York City College of Technology, teaching courses in JCL, COBOL, Oracle SQL, and Operating Systems since January 2001. Oleg previously held multiple roles at JPMorganChase from June 1999 to July 2011, including Project Manager / Business Analyst Lead, where responsibilities included managing business analysts and overseeing migration projects, as well as serving as team lead for the Financial Data Warehouse Environment and ETL design projects. Oleg holds a diploma in Computer Programming from The Chubb Institute, earned in 1998.
