Otho Kerr

Otho Kerr is an experienced finance and investment professional with a robust background in strategic partnerships and community impact investing. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Impact Investing at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since April 2021, Otho previously held the role of Chief Investment Officer at Acumen from November 2019 to February 2021 and served as a Partner at Encourage Capital from April 2008 to November 2019. Otho holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1979-1982) and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College (1975-1979).
