Rachel Lu

Rachel Lu is a Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Risk at Federal Reserve Bank of New York since September 2009. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Director at UBS from March 2008 to September 2009. Rachel holds a Master of Engineering in Financial Mathematics from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University, and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from University of Mississippi.
