Vlad Warshawsky

Vlad Warshawsky serves as the Head of Strategy for the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since September 2022, overseeing market operations, global financial market analysis, and collateral valuation services. Prior to this role, Vlad held positions including Director of Finance and Chief Transformation Officer at McKinsey & Company and Managing Director and Head of Markets Strategy at BNY Mellon, where strategic decision-making and market evolution were key focuses. Vlad also served as Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank Americas Strategy, advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes engagement management at McKinsey & Company and serving as a Software Systems Architect at WorldCom. Vlad completed an MBA in Finance and General Management from Columbia Business School and holds both MS and BS degrees in Applied Physics from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
