Zachary T.

Zachary T. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has extensive experience in finance, particularly in risk management and structured finance. Since January 2009, Zachary T. has served as Vice President and Director of Counterparty, Valuation & Credit Risk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities include leading the risk management of collateral for the Discount Window and providing strategic guidance on valuation methodologies. Additional roles at the Federal Reserve include Vice President and Director of the Agency CMBS Purchase Program, initiated in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Vice President, Head of Maiden Lane and TALF Portfolios, overseeing special investments management. Prior to this, Zachary T. worked at Morgan Stanley from February 2000 to January 2009, where roles included Executive Director of the CDO Syndicate Desk and Vice President European CDO Product Manager. Earlier professional experience includes a consulting position at Arthur Andersen LLP in structured finance.
