Maggie Feeney Eckard

Maggie Feeney Eckard, SPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant for CURE Childhood Cancer since July 2021 and as Vice President of The Feeney Legacy Project since April 2023. Prior experience includes HR consulting for AccountantsOne, Femasys, and Heat Biologics from November 2019 to June 2021, focusing on payroll management, recruiting, and grievance investigations. Maggie held the position of Director of Human Resources at Femasys from September 2018 to November 2019 and operated as an HR Consultant for Vaxart Inc. from February 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, as Senior Director of Human Resources at Aviragen Therapeutics from February 2013 to November 2017, and as Director of Human Resources at Inhibitex, Inc. from June 2001 to August 2012, significant contributions were made to organizations specializing in biopharmaceuticals. Early career experience includes leadership roles in human resources at FiberWorks, PGi, and American Health Consultants. Maggie holds a BS in Business from the College of Charleston and is a graduate of Lakeside High School.
