Eric L. currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at The Feil Organization, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this, Eric held various roles including General Counsel at RWN Management, LLC from March 2018 to October 2020, and Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer at Edison Properties, LLC from June 2012 to February 2018. Eric's extensive tax expertise was further developed while serving as Tax Director of Domestic Planning Counsel at PepsiCo, Inc. from May 2008 to June 2012, and as a Tax Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in earlier positions. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
