Vincent Lucarelli

Vincent Lucarelli is an accomplished Architect and Project Manager with extensive experience in various sectors of architecture and real estate. Currently serving as Project Architect and Project Manager at The Feil Organization since May 2013, Vincent oversees a wide range of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes while managing costs. Previously, as Senior Project Architect at FPM Group, Vincent managed state, institutional, and private sector projects, focusing on budgeting and space planning. Vincent also founded VL Architecture and Consulting, specializing in schematic design and construction documentation for commercial projects. Earlier in Vincent's career, as Director of Architecture and Engineering at Kimco Realty, responsibilities included establishing a specialized team and optimizing production for high-demand projects. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, earned between 1987 and 1991.
