Jay Crandall

Jay Crandall is an experienced public relations professional currently serving as a Public Relations Supervisor at The Ferraro Group since February 2022, where responsibilities include strategizing and supporting media and community relations for various clients, including Walmart and Home Assist Health. Previously, Jay held the position of Senior PR Account Manager, overseeing outreach and social media strategy for notable brands such as Dunkin’ and Six Flags. Prior to that, Jay was a Public Information Officer for the City of Glendale AZ, acting as the media's primary contact and creating compelling content. Jay's extensive background in media includes over three decades at KTVK-3TV, where an Emmy Award was earned as a Special Projects Producer. Jay studied at Weber State University and Arizona State University.
