Kristie Linder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristie began their career as a Bank Teller at The Fidelity Bank in December 2001 and later moved on to become a Customer Service Representative in January 2002. Kristie excelled in providing quality customer service and actively engaged in cross-selling and relationship enhancement.
In January 2004, Kristie was promoted to Office Manager, where they developed customer satisfaction practices, provided sales and performance coaching to associates, and built and managed a loan and deposit portfolio. Kristie held this position until August 2007 when they transitioned to the role of Area Operations Officer. As an Area Operations Officer, they served as a liaison between the Home Office and Branch, ensured effective communication, and played an active role in various bank initiatives. Kristie also maintained internal controls and operational procedures.
In June 2020, Kristie took on the role of Channel and Product Analyst, AVP, at The Fidelity Bank. Their responsibilities included requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, as well as the implementation of new products and services. Kristie acted as a liaison between IT, Product Management, user groups, and Learning and Development, ensuring open communication and feedback throughout the processes. Kristie held this position until July 2021.
Most recently, in August 2021, Kristie became a Product Manager, VP at The Fidelity Bank. Their role involves researching, analyzing, and designing bank products and services. Kristie is responsible for pricing and profitability, new product and channel innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Compliance department. Kristie also works closely with the Marketing team on promotion and advertising strategies.
Prior to their banking career, Kristie gained experience as an Office Assistant at the Garner Chamber Of Commerce from January 1997 to November 2001.
Kristie Linder attended Wake Technical Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree. The field of study for their degree is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Kristie has obtained several certifications. In October 2023, they received the PMC Level V certification from Pragmatic Institute. Prior to that, in January 2022, they earned the PMC Level IV certification from the same institution. In November 2021, they obtained the PMC Level III certification. Furthermore, in October 2020, Kristie completed the Wrike Product Mastery: Siler certification offered by Wrike.
