Richard Needham

Richard Needham has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from front-of-house roles to managerial positions. Currently serving as the Hotel Manager and Operations Manager at The Fife Arms, Richard previously held roles such as Duty Manager at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and Reception Manager at Courtyard by Marriott. With a degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, Richard has also worked in educational settings as an Academic Director and Director of Studies.
