Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rebecca started their career at Barclays UK as an Account Manager from December 2011 to June 2013. Rebecca then moved on to Cogora as a Digital Sales Manager, where they managed and developed digital revenue for healthcare titles from June 2013 to July 2014. Rebecca joined News UK next, taking on roles such as Agency Sales Manager, Digital Sales Manager, and Senior Digital Sales Manager between August 2014 and February 2019. At News UK, they were responsible for driving advertising revenue across digital and print platforms and worked with advertising agencies and brands to execute integrated campaigns. Rebecca'smost recent position is with THE FIFTH Group, where they held the roles of Business Director from March 2019 to April 2022, and currently as Client Services Director, UK/EMEA. In their current role, they lead and manages client account teams, oversees talent research, ensures client success, and collaborates on business growth initiatives.

Rebecca Thomas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of the West of England from 2007 to 2010. Rebecca also earned an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading (QCF) from City of Bristol College in 2011. Prior to this, they studied Biology, Media Studies, and Information Technology at Ivybridge Community College from 2000 to 2007, where they completed their A Levels.
