Alexandra (Ally) Spencer is an experienced Programme Manager at The Finance Innovation Lab, focusing on transforming the financial system to be democratic, sustainable, and just since October 2021. Prior to this, Ally held the role of Membership Development Officer at the Royal Society of Biology from April 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing membership opportunities and delivering significant member engagement events. Additionally, Ally worked as a Freelance Facilitator and Trainer, specializing in networking and professional development for doctoral students, and served as a Women and Children's Health Specialist Recruiter at Merco Medical Staffing Ltd. Previous experience also includes the position of Associate Project Manager at Kenes Group, managing logistics for scientific conferences. Ally's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences and short courses in Systems Thinking and SPARK 2022 from UCL and the School of System Change, respectively.
