Reggie has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 with a Business Development Intern role at Sugar. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at 远涂国际教育有限公司. In 2017, they co-founded two companies, ONUS Consultancy and Management and Undelusional Technologies Pte. Ltd. In 2020, they joined BasicBrix as the Country Lead for Malaysia. In 2021, they became a Podcast Fellow, ODP1 at On Deck. Additionally, they have authored a book titled #Livinglifetothefullest and is the Founder and Head of Content of The Financial Coconut.

Reggie attended Temasek Junior College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained their A levels.
