Clare Cole

Clare Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial oversight and regulation. Currently serving as the Director of Market Oversight at the Financial Conduct Authority since March 2013, Clare also acts as the Social Mobility Champion for the FCA. Prior roles at the FCA include Head of Department for both Primary Market Oversight and the UK Listing Authority, as well as Manager in the Sponsor Supervision Team and Transaction Review. Clare's earlier career includes a managerial position in Corporate Finance at PKF and foundational training as a Chartered Accountant in Business Advisory Services. Clare holds qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and ICAEW.
