Dominic Hastings

Dominic Hastings has extensive experience in procurement roles, starting in 2014 at NATS as the Head of Category Management. In this role, they led a team through complex business transformation, achieving significant savings and developing strong supplier relationships. In 2023, they joined the Financial Conduct Authority as the Chief Procurement Officer. Dominic'smost recent role was at FCDO as the Deputy Commercial Director until January 2024.

Dominic Hastings attended the University of Oxford from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. In 1992-1993, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Japanese and Japanese Economy at SOAS London University. In 2023, they furthered their education with the Cyber Security for Business Leaders Programme at the University of Oxford and an Innovation Masterclass at the Cabinet Office.
