Felix Haynes

Felix Haynes is a Senior Crypto Policy Advisor at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since October 2023, contributing to the development of a new regime for cryptoassets in the UK. Previously, Felix completed a secondment at the FCA focusing on cryptoasset policy and worked at Ofcom from September 2022 to April 2024, where involvement included shaping the Online Safety regime and collaborating with digital regulators. Felix's experience also includes tutoring for UniAdmissions and fundraising for St John's College, Cambridge, while earning a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences with a focus on Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge. Early work experience encompasses a high-pressure role at A & S RESTAURANTS LTD.
