Harjinder Samra

Harjinder Samra is an experienced legal professional specializing in financial promotions and enforcement, currently serving as an Associate Lawyer with the Financial Conduct Authority since August 2018. In addition to this role, Harjinder has held several positions within the organization, including Executive Assistant to the Director of Consumer Investments and Director of Authorisations, as well as serving in the Central Secretariat within the Corporate Governance Division and as part of the Enforcement & Market Oversight Board Secretariat. Prior to joining the Financial Conduct Authority, Harjinder worked at the Financial Services Authority from October 2007 to August 2018 as an Associate Lawyer focused on Law and International matters.
