John McGrath

John McGrath is an experienced program management professional with a strong background in leading and supporting various financial and regulatory projects. Currently serving as the Program Management Office Lead at the Financial Conduct Authority since February 2025, John's role involves overseeing a Procurement programme aimed at establishing new market routes for Application Development, Testing, and Maintenance. Previously, John contributed to a £35m Business Transformation Program as a Program Management Office Analyst at the same organization and held multiple positions at leading financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and BNP Paribas Securities Services. John possesses extensive expertise in governance frameworks, project management, and program support, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from Buckinghamshire New University.
