Laura Millar

Laura Millar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Capability Development Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority since January 2016. Laura has held various roles at the Financial Conduct Authority, including acting manager and consultant, and has previous experience as a Learning and Development Executive at Evalueserve. Prior to that, Laura worked at HCL IBS Limited as an L&D Business Partner and Training Officer, and began her career at Liberata as an Operation Support Trainer and Customer Service Advisor. Educationally, Laura holds a CIPD qualification and completed GCSEs at Barking Abbey Comprehensive School, achieving A and C grades in Double Science, Math, English, Geography, and History.
