Lauren Dixon

Lauren Dixon has extensive experience in data transformation and regulatory management, currently serving as Interim Head of Data and Senior Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority since January 2015. In this role, Lauren is the Accountable Executive for Transforming Data Collection and a leader in regulatory change. Additionally, Lauren has held significant positions at The Pensions Regulator, including Senior Case Manager, where responsibilities include managing a team that assesses corporate transactions to protect pension schemes. Lauren's expertise in change management is further demonstrated through involvement with ADKAR as a PROSCI-certified Ways of Working Change Manager. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Brighton and a BSc Honours in International Relations and Global Politics from Nottingham Trent University.
