Lisa Darge-Cruickshank

Lisa Darge-Cruickshank is currently serving as Lead Associate in the Consumer Investments Market Insights Team at the Financial Conduct Authority, specializing in market analysis and policy. Lisa is responsible for leading horizon scanning initiatives, conducting harm assessments, and presenting strategic updates to the leadership team. Previously, Lisa held roles as Senior Associate and Stakeholder Relationship Manager at NatWest Group, where analytical expertise was applied to enhance customer journeys and campaign outcomes. Earlier experience includes positions at Sky as an Insights Analyst, Maxxium UK Ltd as Customer Reporting Analyst, and various roles focusing on management and marketing. Lisa holds an MA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
