Molly Workman

Molly Workman is a strategic and governance lead in motor finance at the Financial Conduct Authority, where responsibilities have included serving as lead associate risk advisor for data technology and innovation, co-chairing the Risk Management Profession Working Group, and winning the CEO Challenge and At Our Best Award. Prior experience includes a legal and compliance advisor intern role at Shire Leasing PLC, where compliance with FCA regulations was ensured, and a telethon fundraiser position at Pembroke College, Cambridge, focused on raising £90 million for new facilities. Molly also has experience as a fundraising officer intern at Pembroke House, achieving significant fundraising goals, and as a credit analyst intern at Shire Leasing PLC, evaluating lease proposals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
