Sarah Webb is an experienced professional with a focus on programme management and oversight in financial services and regulatory environments. Currently serving as Deployment Lead at Capgemini since October 2023, Sarah previously held significant roles at the Financial Conduct Authority, including Portfolio Oversight and Assurance Manager and Senior PMO, where leadership of the PMO team for a major regulatory programme was key. Experience also includes working as a Business and Programme Management Consultant at Sanne, where a change management framework was established for regulatory programmes.
