Tim Rowe

Manager, Sustainable Finance at Financial Conduct Authority

Tim Rowe has over a decade of experience at the Financial Conduct Authority since June 2010, where roles have included Manager in Sustainable Finance, Covid Credit, Future of Regulation, and Brexit Policy, among others. Notably, Rowe has acted as Head of Department for Cross Cutting Policy and has led a team in negotiations for implementing MiFID 2 while also coordinating the ESMA Task Force on Data Publication and Access. Prior to this, Rowe worked at the London Stock Exchange from June 2007 to May 2010 as Manager of Market Regulation and Policy, overseeing the secondary markets rules and serving as a deputy default official during the Lehman Brothers default. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kent.
