Andy Kerr

Andy Kerr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services, governance, and risk management. Currently a Member of the Financial Reporting Council Disciplinary and Appeal Tribunal Panels, Andy utilizes subject-matter expertise to determine disciplinary and appeal findings. As a Trustee and Board Director at Platform for Life, Andy aids in navigating the charity's strategy amidst challenging social conditions. Additionally, Andy holds positions as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Cheshire Football Centre, supporting strategic governance. Previous roles include Senior Project Actuary at Phoenix Group, Head of Financial and Insurance Risk at ReAssure, and Principal Advisor at KPMG, where leadership in various high-profile projects and regulatory initiatives was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include completion of the Trustee Toolkit, a General Management Course at Insead Business School, and a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Keele.
