Catherine Horton

Catherine Horton is an experienced professional in corporate governance and risk management, currently serving as a Senior PMO Manager and Transformation Programme Project Manager at the Financial Reporting Council since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the UK Corporate Governance Code and the Stewardship Code. Catherine's prior roles include Assistant Company Secretary at Aon, Company Secretary at Derringtons Ltd, and various positions at HBOS, including Senior Manager in Operational and Regulatory Risk. Additionally, Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Governance from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from The University of Sheffield.
