Ros Stow

Ros Stow is an experienced forensic accountant and compliance specialist currently serving as Supervisor of Audit Firm Supervision and Head of Case Examinations & Enquiries at the Financial Reporting Council since November 2016. Stow leads the early stages of potential enforcement investigations and liaises with stakeholders. Previous roles include Senior Forensic Accountant within Enforcement at the same organization, Case Team Leader at The Pensions Regulator, and Director of Forensic Accounting at Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP. With a career spanning over three decades, Stow has also held significant positions at Financial Forensics LLP, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and Ernst & Young. In addition to professional achievements, Stow has contributed to charitable efforts as Trustee and Treasurer for the East Africa Childrens Project since April 2009, supporting disadvantaged children in East Africa. Stow holds a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance and an MA in Environmental Policy.
