Sarah Ho

Sarah Ho is a lawyer at the Financial Reporting Council, where responsibilities include conducting investigations and enforcing actions related to breaches of audit standards since March 2022. As a Supervising Associate and Associate at Simmons & Simmons, Sarah specialized in commercial disputes resolution, regulatory investigations, and employment disputes. Educational qualifications include a PCLL in Law and an LLB from The University of Hong Kong, along with dual Master's degrees in Development Studies from Chevening Awards and SOAS University of London. Additional experience encompasses internships and secondments, including a role at Transparency International Nepal and UBS’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Team.
