Victoria Pang is a skilled lawyer currently serving in the Enforcement division at the Financial Reporting Council since November 2021. Prior to this role, Victoria held positions at the Securities and Futures Commission from March 2015 to June 2021, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager within the Enforcement team. Victoria's earlier career includes experience as an Associate at both Eversheds from September 2011 to December 2014 and Slaughter and May from 2008 to 2011, where Victoria also completed a Trainee Solicitor program. Financial Reporting Council
The FRC is the UK's independent regulator serving the public interest by setting high standards of corporate governance, reporting and audit and by holding to account those responsible for delivering them. We set the UK Corporate Governance and Stewardship Codes as well as UK standards for accounting, auditing and actuarial work. We represent UK interests in international standard-setting. We also monitor and take action to promote the quality of corporate reporting and auditing. We operate independent disciplinary arrangements for accountants and actuaries; and oversee the regulatory activities of the accountancy and actuarial professional bodies.
