Erica Matsubara

Erica Matsubara has been working in the hospitality industry since 2011. Erica began their career as a Supervisor at Quiksilver in 2011, followed by a role as Host Trainer at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group in 2013. In 2015, they were hired as an Operations Manager at Bowlmor AMF and was promoted to General Manager at Steak & Whiskey in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Hennessy's Tavern as an Assistant General Manager and in 2019, they became the Promotions Manager at Baja Sharkeez. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a Brand Ambassador at The Long Drink Company.

Erica Matsubara attended Santa Monica College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies.
