James Forman

James Forman has had a long and varied career in sales and marketing. James began in 2004 as the founder and owner of Shaggy Lawn Service, a lawn mowing service with over twelve customers. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Hayes Beer Distributing Co. as a Merchandiser/Driver Partner/Special Events Support, achieving several promotions within the company. From 2012 to 2015, they held three positions at Northern Illinois University: Director of Advertising, Director of Public Affairs, and Caller/Caller Trainer. From 2015 to 2018, they were an On Premise Sales Representative for MillerCoors, selling and marketing a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. Also during this time, they were a Sales Associate for Ascent Industries Corp., managing a portfolio of cannabis products. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Sales & Marketing Representative for Brooklyn Brewery, selling and marketing beers/brands from Brooklyn Brewery, 21st Amendment Brewery and Funkwerks. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been a State Manager for The Long Drink Company in Illinois/Iowa and Nevada, responsible for statewide product distribution and sales as well as distributor management. In April 2021, they successfully launched the Illinois Market, which was the best new market launch in company history.

James Forman graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2015 with a degree in Marketing and a Professional Sales Certificate. James also obtained a Certified Beer Server certification from the Cicerone\u00ae Certification Program in October 2015 and a Professional Sales Certificate from Northern Illinois University in May 2015.
