Pauli Kervinen has a varied work experience. In 2021, they were a Field Manager for The Long Drink Company. In 2020, they were a Partner at Laavu Limited. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Freelance Graphic Designer at Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch. In 2019, they were a Lance Corporal - Photographer / Film-maker at Puolustusvoimat - Försvarsmakten - Finnish Defence Forces. In 2018, they were an Art Director Intern at School. and a Design Intern at smith & beta.

Pauli Kervinen attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2014 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications (Media Design). Prior to that, they attended The English School of Helsinki from 2005 to 2014.
