Rachel Brooks

Rachel Brooks is a seasoned professional in quality and compliance management with extensive experience in the fire protection industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Compliance at The Fire Protection Association since November 2020, Rachel has played a pivotal role in leading quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO IEC 17025 standards. Previous positions include Quality and Compliance Manager, Project Strategy Manager, and Programme Support Manager, showcasing a strong background in project management, strategic problem-solving, and team leadership. With prior experience at Campden BRI and The Institution of Fire Engineers, Rachel has developed a robust skill set in administration, human resources, and international communications. Educationally, Rachel holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute and additional qualifications in business strategy, marketing, and health and safety.
