Rocky Lucia is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for The Fireman Hospitality Group since January 2015. Rocky leads the IT efforts for one of New York City's premier restaurant groups, focusing on developing a robust infrastructure and implementing top-tier applications. As the President of RPL Technologies, LLC since April 2010, Rocky provides over 25 years of expertise in Hospitality Technology, delivering reliable consulting services to industry leaders. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at B. R. Guest Hospitality Group from July 2000 to August 2014 and Sr. System Specialist at HMS/ReMACS from 1995 to 2000. Rocky began a career in the restaurant industry at Chef's International, progressing from dishwasher to head cook from 1980 to 1994, complemented by education at DeVry Technical Institute from 1983 to 1985.

Our New York restaurants include The RedEye Grill, Trattoria Dell'Arte, Florian Cafe, Bond 45, Cafe Fiorello, Brooklyn Diner USA, and Brooklyn Diner Times Square.
