Nader Abadeer

Nader Abadeer has extensive work experience in various managerial and executive roles. Nader started their career at Vision Trading S.A.E. where they worked as a Senior Sales Executive and later as a Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for opening new customer accounts, establishing sales objectives, enhancing staff competence, and building rapport between teams.

Nader then joined MERF as a Director Assistant, where they developed work strategies, increased staff efficiency, and maintained quality in projects.

Finally, Nader joined The First Group, where they held multiple roles including Senior Owner Services Executive, Assistant Manager of Owner Privileges, Manager of Owner Privileges, and currently Senior Manager of the Owner Privileges Department. In these roles, they were responsible for providing a productive working environment, setting KPI standards, addressing staff requirements and issues, leading teams to achieve department goals, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Nader Abadeer completed their Bachelor of Education degree in Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas from Assiut University. Nader attended the university from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Nader has obtained two additional certifications: an Outstanding Customer Service Certificate from Alison, obtained in September 2020, and a Verified International Academic Qualifications certificate from World Education Services (WES), obtained in November 2019.
