Quinten Lauder is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Cluster Executive Chef for The First Group and The First Group Hospitality since August 2020. Prior to this role, Quinten held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas from August 2015 to May 2020. Earlier career milestones include serving as Chef De Cuisine at Marco Pierre White Grill from September 2014 to July 2015 and at Conrad Hotel Dubai from June 2013 to July 2015. Quinten Lauder's culinary foundation was established through an Apprenticeship in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at TAFE Queensland - Gold Coast from January 1998 to December 2001.
