Ryan Lynch serves as the Chief Lending Officer at The First National Bank and Trust of Broken Arrow since February 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of EVP-Tulsa Market President at Chickasaw Community Bank from January 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included establishing the Tulsa Market with a focus on asset growth and fee income in lending areas. Before that, Ryan worked at UMB Bank from December 2012 to January 2018 in various roles, including Vice President of Commercial Lending and Vice President Regional Sales Manager, emphasizing loan products and team development in Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. Earlier experience includes Banking Center Manager at MidFirst Bank and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University and completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the Oklahoma Bankers Association.

Since that time, only four chairmen have headed up the bank, which remains the oldest family-owned bank in Tulsa County and oldest business in Broken Arrow.
