Jeremy Menning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking, public service, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Retail Banking Manager at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls since 2011, Jeremy previously held roles as Retail Team Lead and Branch Manager at Home Federal Bank. In public service, Jeremy served as Mayor of the City of Hartford from April 2016 to July 2022 and as Past-President of the Hartford Area Development Corporation, focusing on enhancing community quality of life. A veteran of the Army National Guard, Jeremy attained the rank of Staff Sergeant, with deployment experience during Operation Enduring Freedom. Additional experience includes working as an Investment Representative at Edward Jones and supervising fundraising efforts at the SDSU Foundation. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from South Dakota State University between 1997 and 2001.
