Jessica Kippes

Jessica Kippes has extensive experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Currently serving at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls since March 2022, Jessica focuses on performance development and coaching, along with Traction EOS education. Previously, Jessica worked at Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History as a Performance Management Strategist, also holding the position of Administrative Director in a self-employed capacity for eight years, expanding into holistic healing therapies with certifications in Theta Healing and Body Talk, alongside ongoing training in Reiki. Jessica's early career at Daktronics spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included leadership development, supervisor training, and human resources roles. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from South Dakota State University.
