Jacklynn Jones

Jacklynn Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jacklynn began their career as an Administrative Assistant at First National Bank of Fort Smith in 2001 and worked there until 2008. Jacklynn then joined Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate from 2008 to 2010. After that, they served as an Office Manager at Summit Strategic Capital Management, LLC from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they worked as a Loan Special Servicing & Project Analyst at Bank of the Ozarks from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they returned to Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate and remained with the company until 2018. Jacklynn then joined Bank OZK in various roles, including IRA New Accounts Specialist, IRA Assistant Manager, IRA/HSA Group Officer, VP Deposit Operations, and AVP Deposit Operations IRA/HSA, between 2017 and 2023. Since 2023, Jacklynn Jones has been working as the VP & Trust Operations Manager at First National Bank of Fort Smith.

Jacklynn Jones has a degree in Certified IRA Specialist II from Ascensus, which they obtained in 2019. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) from the American Bankers Association, which they obtained in September 2021.
