Ross Shackelford

Ross Shackelford is an experienced professional currently serving as a Bank Services Advisor at First National Bank of Fort Smith since March 2021, after previously holding the roles of Retail Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Ross worked as a Boat Driver and Counselor at Kanakuk for a brief period in 2020, and as an Umpire for Fayetteville Youth Baseball from 2016 to 2019. Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Arkansas, completed in 2023, and is a graduate of Fayetteville High School East, class of 2019.
