Karla Jones

Karla Jones has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles within the banking and financial sectors. Since March 2006, Karla has been with The First National Bank of Ottawa, IL, focusing on customer priorities and efficiently addressing inquiries. Concurrently, Karla serves as an Executive & Board of Directors Administrative Assistant at American Commercial Bank & Trust, managing various administrative tasks, including call screening, calendar management, and event coordination. Previously, as Office Manager at Specialty Painting and Soda Blasting, Inc., Karla established office operations and handled project scheduling, payroll, and customer relations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Vault Clerk and Wholesale Assistant at Mid America Bank. Karla holds a Real Estate License from 2003-2004 and a diploma in General Studies from Lake Park High School, completed in 1982.
