In 2010, they became a Director at BRUIN Financial, a financial services firm specializing in contingent human capital recruitment. Colin also co-founded The FISER Group in 2010, where they held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder. In 2014, they became a Partner at IBAM Consulting, a specialist change consultancy firm. In 2015, they took on the role of Director at LUDGATE Search. Finally, in 2018, they became a Director at BRUIN Financial (Ireland), where they provided expert advisory recruitment services.
Colin Webster completed their MEng degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford between 1990 and 1994. Following that, they pursued further education at ICAEW and obtained an ACA qualification between 1994 and 1997. The field of study for their ACA program is not specified.
