Ian Williams

Ian Williams is an experienced facilities and food & beverage manager with a diverse background in managing bars, catering, and warehouse operations. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at The Five Points Brewing Company since June 2018, Ian has previously held significant positions such as Head of F&B at Battersea Arts Centre and Head of Bars & Catering at Theatre Royal Stratford East. Ian also worked as Head of Food & Beverage at Roundhouse Trust and held roles including Bars & Hospitality Manager and Deputy Bar Manager at The Roundhouse Theatre. Early career experience includes serving as Night Shift Manager at Sainsbury's between 1999 and 2006. Ian's educational background includes attending The Cavendish School in Hemel Hempstead from 1983 to 1991.
